I recently purchased the SPLAM book with the intention of setting up my own letting agency business and nearly finished it. I have seen other business packages priced around £595 on the Internet from S********* Property in London but read some really negative reviews so I never bothered purchasing. I'm so glad I didn't. This book is a great resource and is well worth 10x the money.

I bought your book, SPLAM! Yesterday and have nearly finished reading it. It is a GREAT resource. So good in fact that I am wondering whether I now need to purchase a course for 600 pounds from XXXXXXX Properties which advertises itself as a complete start-up 'no strings attached' package. Your book is dramatically cheaper and may well cover a very similar range and depth of topics.
